These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Drift, operated by Michael Caswell ("we", "us", "our"), British Columbia, Canada. By using Drift you agree to these Terms.
Drift is an AI-assisted music generation tool that uses language model coordinate navigation to generate song lyrics, which are then sent to third-party audio generation services (Suno). We provide the navigation instrument, generation infrastructure, and user interface.
You must create an account to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as specified at signup. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Each plan has monthly generation limits as described on our pricing page. Unused generations do not roll over. We reserve the right to throttle usage that exceeds plan limits or that we determine to be abusive.
You may not use Drift to generate content that:
You may not use Drift to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our model weights, control vectors, or proprietary algorithms.
You retain ownership of the lyrical content you generate using Drift, subject to any applicable terms from Suno regarding the audio output. We do not claim ownership over your generations.
By using Drift, you grant us a limited license to process and store your generated content for the purpose of providing the service.
We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the service.
Drift, including its interface, coordinate navigation system, control vector methodology, and all associated software, is owned by Michael Caswell. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Drift integrates with Suno, Stripe, and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
Drift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements. AI-generated content may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or inappropriate — you are responsible for reviewing content before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Drift is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of Drift, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms. We will provide 30 days notice of material changes by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
